Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

Mix 1 chopped banana, 1 packet of chocolate protein powder (purchased at the Whole Foods checkout line), 1/4 cup of Fage plain yogurt, and 1/4 cup of Coconut Silk and blend. DELICIOUS - 16 grams of protein!

bought at whole foods and added the strawberries, so that the entire salad is greens, goat cheese, walnuts, and strawberries. lots of fat in the goat cheese, but it’s so delicious you don’t even need salad dressing!
